and ability to carry out the filming and photography for my sister’s asian wedding in august 2011. we paid them a large sum deposit to secure their services for the big day. my family have built this site and written this review to warn you and the general public about these unscrupulous and untrustworthy people and the company they run together. a full 3 months after filming and photographing the wedding, fcp refused to release the dvds or photos until we paid them well in advance of their completion. to my family’s shock, this was completely contradictory to the contract which they presented which stated 50% payment was required on booking and the rest on completion and the “handover” of goods. after we had paid them in advance, they stopped answering our phone calls and emails and continually delayed the handover of our products. subsequently, we had to take legal action and go through the courts to obtain the photographs and dvds of my sister’s wedding. almost 8 years have passed since my sister’s big day and final cut productions have so far failed to comply with any of the court orders. the products he produced had key parts of the wedding missing, some of the photos were extremely dark, the album design was substandard as well as the general quality of all his output. after doing some research and getting various comments on this very site, there are several other families who have experienced severe difficulty with fcp. significantly, we believe there are a lot more who have been affected by bal fcp sahota and his associates but have stayed silent up to now. it’s clear that final cut productions have preyed on decent hard working families who have chosen not to disclose their experiences and instead cut their personal losses in the process. my family chose to fight fcp through the courts and now we want everyone to know how dishonest, untrustworthy and unscrupulous they are. we don’t want anyone else to go through and endure what has happened to us over the last 7 years since my sisters wedding. it’s unacceptable, extremely stressful and ultimately damaging for what is supposed to be one of the best days and most sacred memories of your life. on 22nd march 2013, winchester crown court ordered bal fcp sahota to pay us damages of £2627.73 and we’ve been waiting for this payment for over 4 years now. in 2016, it came to our attention that bal was in employment and an application was made for an attachment to earnings. ironically, when this particular court order was issued, bal managed to avoid it (in his usual manner) by leaving his job. apparently, he is now on job seekers allowance and continues to portray himself as unemployed, no assets and struggling to find a suitable role in society. the court are also aware that since damages were awarded to us, bal has got engaged to his partner kamaldeep jheeta , been on various holidays with her, bought her a tiffany ring and got married, instead of paying his court debts. if you happen
